The Phoenix Suns, who will try to avenge their loss to the Milwaukee Bucks in last year’s NBA Finals, remained the favorite at DraftKings as of Tuesday afternoon.

Phoenix, which was the most dominant team in the NBA with a league-best 64 wins in the regular season, saw its odds shortened from +300 on Friday to +235.

Odds For Top NBA Title Contenders

Phoenix Suns (+235)

The Suns rolled over the Dallas Mavericks in Game 1, 121-114. Deandre Ayton led the way with 25 points, but Devin Booker also had 23 in his second game after recovering from an injured hamstring. Phoenix looked like the dominant team it was in the regular season. The Suns jumped out to a 9-0 lead and never trailed despite Luka Doncic’s game-high 45 points. Game 2 is set for Wednesday night in Phoenix.

Golden State Warriors (+270)

The Warriors won Game 1 in thrilling fashion, 117-116, as Memphis star Ja Morant missed a twisting layup at the buzzer. Golden State pulled off the victory despite Draymond Green being ejected after a flagrant foul two call that may or may not have been warranted. The Grizzlies got the better of the Warriors in the regular season, going 3-1 in head-to-head matchups. Game 2 is Tuesday night at Memphis.

Milwaukee Bucks (+500)

The Bucks overcame the absence of Khris Middleton (MCL) with a dominant 101-89 victory over the Celtics in Boston. Jrue Holiday paced the Bucks with 25 points and Giannis Antetokounmpo added 24 in Game 1. Milwaukee is looking to win its second consecutive NBA championship. If the Bucks win Game 2 in Boston on Tuesday, they’ll be well on their way to accomplishing that feat.

Miami Heat (+500)

The Heat rolled Philadelphia, 106-92, in Game 1. The 76ers were without the services of Joel Embiid, who is recovering from an orbital fracture and concussion suffered in the opening round against Toronto. There is a chance that Embiid could return Wednesday for Game 2 in Miami. The Heat will again be without guard Kyle Lowry due to a strained hamstring.
